At Powerbean Coffee, freshness is our middle name, and we're all about delivering top-notch coffee straight to your door. That's why we stick to a no-returns policy on our coffee - it's all roasted fresh to order. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@powerbeancoffee.com.

Damages and issues

Sometimes things happen in transit. If your coffee arrives looking like it took a detour through a tornado or it's not what you ordered, shoot us a message at Customer Service pronto. We'll sort you out with a replacement or refund, no sweat. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
